What is Assure For Life?

Assure For Life is an international company with more than 17 years of experience in the United States and more than 70 years in Latin America and the Caribbean. We provide more than 10,000 funeral services annually within our coverage area, upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Assure For Life offers a Professional Funeral Assistance Membership in the United States. Unlike insurance or prepaid funeral contracts, this membership does not provide monetary sums. Instead, upon becoming a member, they offer comprehensive support in planning and organizing funerals for deceased loved ones.

ASSURE FOR LIFE

BENEFITS INCLUDED IN ALL PLANS

  • Funeral or cremation service and transfer of the deceased to the local funeral home, cemetery or crematorium.
  • Expatriation to the country of origin in Latin America and the Caribbean in case the deceased resides in the US, at no additional cost.
  • Air ticket for the plan holder in economy class subject to airline’s availability from the United States (round trip) with the sole purpose of accompanying his/her beneficiary in the funeral process.
  • Body preparation.
  • Visitation room or home visitation team according to the use and custom of the locality.
  • In the event that the client chooses cremation, the funeral home selects the crematorium for the preparation and final disposition of the deceased.
  • Book of signatures and reminders
  • Standard urn (according to country regulations)
  • Body preparation. Visitation room
  • Services and adaptation rights if the lot or vault is owned by the holder.
  • Legal and civil procedures: Consulate, Public Health License, Death Certificate.

Family Plan

Family Plan

Covers Up to 7 People
$85.00 Per Month or $1,020.00 annually.

If you are a membership holder residing in one of the six states with a special rate such as Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, New York, California, and Puerto Rico, your monthly membership plan will cost you $70.00 or $840.00 annually.
Silver Plan Regular Rate States

Silver Plan Regular Rate States

This plan is designed for Seniors between the ages of 66 and 75.

One Person
$720.00 annually.

Two People
$1,020.00 annually.
The second person on this plan can be between 0 and 75 years old, regardless of kinship.
Silver Plan Special Rate States

This plan is designed for Seniors between the ages of 66 and 75.

One Person
$600.00 annually.

Frequently Asked Questions about Membership

Assure For Life offers a Professional Funeral Assistance Membership in the United States. Unlike insurance or prepaid funeral contracts, this membership does not provide monetary sums. Instead, upon becoming a member, we offer comprehensive support in planning and organizing funerals for deceased loved ones by contracting with funeral service providers.

Payment for basic funeral services:

  • Transfer of the deceased to the local funeral service provider.
  • Preparation of the body.
  • Basic viewing time
  • Coffin for the viewing.
  • Funeral Director’s fees.
  • Book of signatures and reminders.

Besides:

  • Airline ticket, round trip, exclusively for the holder to attend the funeral of the members of the plan.
  • Cremation option: cremation and an urn for ashes.
  • Burial option: Basic casket and hearse to the cemetery (does not include cemetery fees in the US).
  • A death certificate.

When the primary member passes away, he or she may be replaced immediately by any of the current members or by a new qualifying member.

When a member (non-plan holder) passes away, an eligible replacement can be completed on the next anniversary date of the plan. The plan holder must communicate with the company to complete the new application.

Assure For Life does not guarantee a specific amount because it is authorized to deliver assistance only through a reputable independent funeral home near the client’s area, or as required.

Starting on the third business day after enrollment, after the first payment has been made, Assure For Life covers accidental, violent death, or suicide.

Assure For Life covers death by natural causes 180 calendar days after making the first payment.

At the time of enrollment, the plan holder or any of its members must not be terminally ill, have a cancer diagnosis, be on dialysis, or have a brain tumor

Members aged 65 or younger can be included, regardless of kinship to the holder.

Parents or partners of the plan holder up to 80 years of age, a maximum of two, can be added at the time of enrollment, and coverage will not expire as long as the membership is paid.

Special rate states include Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, California, and Puerto Rico.

The plan holder or any member must call our 24-hour funeral emergency line at 1-888-815-5817.

Changes to the funeral assistance membership can be made only within 3 days after applying or on each anniversary date. If the primary member passes away, he or she may be replaced immediately by any of the current members or by a new member who meets the requirements.

Steps to change the funeral assistance membership include forwarding an email to contracts@assureforlife.com as well as including full name, date of birth, nationality, holder’s relationship, city, and state.

You can offer the Silver Plan (from 66 to 75 years old) if the person has no children; otherwise, the Family Plan is the best option.

Assure For Life does not offer plans for people over 80 years old.

On the anniversary date, the membership is automatically renewed.
